Values at Work at STELACON - Another Important Milestone!

In November 2023, during our company meeting in Hohwacht, we began to develop a common understanding of values for STELACON. Under the guidance of Dr. Andrea Friedrich, each employee had the opportunity to contribute their own views. The result of this work formed the basis for the final meeting, which took place in Hamburg in March 2024. Participants included colleagues representing a cross-section of the company and a management representative. Again, under the guidance of Dr. Andrea Friedrich, exciting discussions were held to develop a shared vision for STELACON.

Hotel East provided the perfect setting for this: good ambiance and excellent catering ensured that all participants were able to concentrate fully on the topics. Expectations were high - and they were not disappointed! It was an intensive and exhausting process, but it was rewarded with a great result: a corporate vision that reflects the shared values of STELACON.

We will now present this vision to all colleagues at the upcoming Company Meeting in Hohwacht in April 2024. We are sure that they will be just as enthusiastic as we are and look forward to bringing the values to life together and anchoring them in our day-to-day business.
